So you may think this is dumb, but it is in fact NOT dumb.
I've been trying to do these things for a while but haven't been consistent.
And it's proven that if you WRITE goals down you're more likely to keep them.
Now I could easily write them in a journal or a paper in my room that no one would see but this way YOU guys can help me stay on track:)
Just some things I want to do. Consistently.
1. Set aside time EVERYDAY to STUDY my scriptures.
none of this lame "read one verse call it good"
2. No none zero zip absolutely no sugar
I know I know this one will be SO hard for me, but I really need to break this sweet tooth
3. workout. DAILY.
be athletic! move! I love to exercise, really I do. But ever since I stopped dancing, things have gotten super lax and don't want that! I'm losing my flexibility--we are going to get it back! I want to get better at softball! I want to run everyday, I love running! I just forgot... I'm gonna pump iron like nobody's business. I will TONE this body. So everyday I WILL do something that burns calories. I just gotta.
Now those aren't too hard but they are something I have to have on my mind constantly everyday. There are only three, but I can do them! They'll be hard at first--but so worth it in the end.
