So last night as Thanksgiving was nearing its end... My dad was sleeping... Heidi was talking to Josh on the phone... Matthew playing on his ipod... my mom looking in all the ads for good sales... and I finishing my Christmas puzzle I had been working on all day
My mom says to me(( it's about 10:23 ish))... Amy, there's a really good tv on sale at Best Buy ((and we REALLY need a tv)) will you go with me?
And as much as I DID NOT want to go stand in a line... with a bunch of other crazy people who spent their Thanksgiving in a line instead of at home eating turkey and pie like NORMAL people... I said yes because I knew no one else would go with her ((plus I happen to love my mom))
Matthew decides to go with us and we gear up our coats and jackets and blankets because it's pretty darn cold outside and we head out.
While driving down there we call my older brother, Ryan, for him to tell us which tv it is and how good of a deal we were getting.... then we drove up.... and we saw this....
not even kidding you. it was--in a word, insane. The line was so long I just stared in awe. There was still another hour and a half before it even opened! So we decided there was no way we would get that tv before all those crazies got it... so well called Ryan back to see where the next best deal for a tv was.
Target! We drive down to Target. Same thing.
Call Ryan and Shopko had next best tv
Shopko = same thing.
We checked out 5 different stores... all the same.
And so..... we went home! We may not be pro BF shoppers... but at least we tried huh?
