Sickly

Well folks it's that time of year. Time for me to get sick. 

I only get sick once a year and this year... It's right now!

Ugh, I've been fighting it for a couple days but I think I have finally succumbed to the sickness.

My throat feels so swollen inside, it's hard to swallow and I feel like it's closed up. My nose runs sometimes and I'm tired a lot.

Luckily my roommate from heaven takes care of me and gives me medication and goodness and love.

Also, I think I'm giving up sugar forever. It just gives me headaches and makes me sick, I THINK I want it but as soon as I eAt it I regret it. Like tonight I had some ice cream hoping it would help soothe my throat. Nope it just added to the pain by giving me a headache.

Janale to the recuse she gave me Vicks vapor rub. You can find it located on my neck, jaw, on my nose, and my lips. Will I sleep well tonight?
